MAHFCC Program Policies

  • My facility is licensed for a maximum of 14 children. Only 4 of them may be 24 months and under. The other 8-10 children will be between 25+ months.

  • I accept children of all ages, however, I like to keep everyone as close in age as possible to their peers. (Infants under 12 months need to have at least one peer who is close in age for me to accept them when a space becomes available.)

  • I will not accept paperwork or deposits without meeting the family. There is no way to reserve a space in advance to it opening up.

  • I will not tour with families without the child present (as in able to meet the child) during the tour. The tour is a two way interview to see if we would all fit with each other to create the best foundation for the child’s growth and meet their needs.

**Monthly rates are calculated based on the amount of weekdays in the month. Monthly tuition can vary based on whether there are 20 - 23 weekdays within the month. Monthly tuition can be calculated by multiplying respective daily tier rate by the amount of weekdays in the month.

Pair of Siblings

10% discount off combined weekly rates

Add the prices of their respective age tiers together and subtract 10%. That will be their new weekly rate.
Please note that infant siblings (both under the age of 25 months) will NOT receive a weekly discount due to the limited availability of those infant spaces. Once at least one child graduates to the subsequent tier, then the family will receive the additional 10% discount on combined tuition.

i.e. 13 month old +3 year old = $800/wk +$725/wk= $1525/week $1525-$152.50 (10% discount)= $1372.50/week for both.

*Infant spaces (children under 24 months) are extremely limited. Only 4 spaces are permitted for in-home child care by state law. When an infant space opens up, families that already have a child under my care currently (or at the time) are given priority to the spaces. If they refuse the space, then the spaces are open to those on the call-back list.
Tours are required before a spot can be considered for a family. We will not accept paperwork or money before meeting the family.
